It is true that many a times,people who behave as if they are 'holier than thou' are rather the worst offenders in every aspect of life.I have had countless encounter with such people.It is amazing that they tend to be preachers or play an important role in their place of worship.I have had an encounter with a preacherwoman who usually preaches about 'why wives should be submissive to their husbands' but they themselves do otherwise.It is an eyesore how they behave towards their husbands and I wonder whether the are the same people who said one thing and did another.These people hide under the name of religion and do not practice what they preach.These hypocrites contribute to the negative perception the non-religious people have about God and religion in general.How can such people win souls for Christ in the name of religion if there is a big question about their way of life.Their way of life makes the words in the holy scriptures lose its validity.To summarize what I have already mentioned above,these hyocrites should remove the log from their eye before telling others to remove the speck from their eyes.This means that they should take a look at themselves and solve any problem before telling others to solve theirs.
